The same place, same, same evil robber two years later?

MUNCIE–for the second time about two years, is accused of robbing a Muncie Muncie Northside pharmacy to hundreds of prescription pills.

Major Johnathon Guffey, 26, is charged with robbery, preliminarily dealing in a controlled substance, possession of controlled substances, maintaining public disorder and theft, according to prison officials.

police say Guffey was jailed Saturday after allegedly committing a robbery Nov 21 at CVS pharmacy at 415 e. McGalliard.

Muncie Police Robert Scaife towns investigaor said the Criminal Investigation Division as the Muncie expatriates–received a few tips about possible identity bandits after surveillance photos and stories about the robbery that was published in Thursday's Edition of The Star Press.

from there, according to Muncie Police Sergeant Mike Engle, officers with MPD's Drug Unit set up a drug deal, and controlled by Guffey after a search warrant was served at his residence, Guffey was taken into police custody Saturday.
